Dubai Police announced its participation in the highly anticipated Arab Travel Market 2024 exhibition, which will commence tomorrow, Monday, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. During this remarkable event, Dubai Police will showcase eight specialized services dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of the emirate's tourists and visitors. 

Brigadier Harib Al Shamsi, Acting Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigations at Dubai Police, reaffirmed Dubai Police's commitment to participating in the prestigious Arab Travel Market exhibition annually. This is one of the world's largest tourism exhibitions, bringing together leading companies and experts in the travel and tourism sector. He added, "This remarkable event presents an invaluable opportunity for Dubai Police to showcase their services to tourists and visitors, ensuring easy access to Dubai Police services and enhancing their tourism experience by removing any obstacles."
 
He further emphasized the crucial role of instilling a sense of security and safety among tourists and visitors in developing the tourism sector. "Therefore, Dubai Police prioritizes raising awareness about its services and communication channels through smart and electronic platforms, ensuring easy access and prompt responsiveness," he continued. 

Meanwhile, Brigadier Khalafan Al Jallaf, Director of the Dubai Tourist Police Department, highlighted that the platform offers a range of services specifically designed for the tourism sector, including the Tourist Police service, Sail Safely service, Virtual Dubai Police Museum, Esaad Card Center services, and electronic games. He added that during the exhibition, Dubai Police will showcase vintage patrols and the Ramadan cannon and introduce new services.

Brigadier Al Jallaf further mentioned that informative workshops, presented in Arabic and English, will take place at the Dubai Police platform to provide awareness about the Lost and Found service and the Smart Police Station (SPS) services.

He emphasized that the Dubai Police is committed to the ongoing development of the security system through its services provided to the public from diverse backgrounds. Brig. Al Jallaf further emphasized the Force's dedication to anticipating future needs in the field and offering innovative services and programs that align with global advancements in the tourism security sector.
