A research by Qualtrics has found that 62 per cent of Malaysians prefer to work whenever they want compared to 48 per cent who opt for a shorter work week. 

In the Southeast Asia region, 60 per cent of full time employees would prefer the flexibility to work whenever while 37 per cent choose one less day at work. 

That flexibility is also a bigger driver of retention (66 per cent) than a four-day work week (50 per cent) in the region. .....
