Pertama Digital Bhd (PDB) today announced steps to complete the disposal of its foreign assets in China that deal with fabric manufacturing to focus on its mobile and digital solutions businesses.

Before changing its name, the company operated as Sinotop Holdings Bhd. It produces and sells fabric goods through BeTop Group Ltd and its wholly-owned Top Textile (Suzhou) Co Ltd.....
